Welcome to our brand new luxury nail & spa where you can relax and enjoy your favorite cocktail. Expert Nails is a very clean and sanitary area with over 3,000 square feet of space that uses only quality products that benefit the customer. Expert Nails also possesses state of the art pedicure chairs and equipment along with a beautiful waiting area. Our pedicure chairs come with a disposable liner, which implements for sanitary reassurance. We offer nail enhancement, eyelash extensions, pedicures, manicures, microblading, permanent makeup, and facial hair removal.
SALON POLICY
Nail Fix
We will fix your nails as long as it's still under our guarantee policy.
Regular Polish
We don’t guarantee any regular nail polish on fingernails or toenails.
Gel/Shellac Polish
The gel is a long-lasting polish that we guarantee for three (3) days only if the polish was applied along with acrylic or a manicure. If your gel manicure chips within three (3) days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you.
Dip Powder
We guarantee dip powder for three (3) days. If your dip powder chips within three (3) days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you.
Acrylic full set
We guarantee for three (3) days for the full set. If it is crack or break, please let us know right away. So, we can arrange a fix for you.
Late appointment
If you are going to be late for an appointment, please contact us. If you are expecting to be more than ten minutes late, we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so, or you could be rescheduled.
Personal Items
We are not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged or lost at our salons.
Payment Methods
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Expert Nails & Spa Gift Cards are acceptable.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, gratuities nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates or any unauthorized use. All gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to fix it for you. Please do not hesitate to let us know or an on-site manager know of any concerns. We're here to help!
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
- Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
- Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area
- Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service
- Anyone more than 10 - 15 minutes late for an appointment
- Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers
